Francisca Ambrose-Grant

Francisca Ambrose-Grant is a seasoned HR expert with more than 25 years of combined experience and expertise in the field of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. Her experience spans Recruitment and Selection, Learning and Development, Performance Management, HR Metrics and Employee Relations, in addition to Strategic and Change Management.  

Mrs. Ambrose-Grant is a Senior Certified Professional – Society for Human Resource Management (SCP-SHRM) and holds a Masters of Arts degree in Educational Administration and Leadership from the University of Mc Gill/University of the Southern Caribbean (USC). She also holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Educational Leadership from the University of Mc Gill/University of Montreal and a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies from the University of the West Indies.

During her extensive career, Mrs. Ambrose-Grant has held a number of senior-level human resource positions and has lectured part-time for more than 20 years in the field of Strategic Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations at the University degree level.
